Surveyors/Estimators to work in their Estimating & Tendering Dept.
Location- Dubai
The persons they are looking for should be:-
- Preferred Age :
30-35 years
- Degree (B.E. (Civil) or equivalent) holder with 5-7 years experience as a
Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in a Building Contracting Company.
- Good in quantity take-off from drawings.
- Sending of enquiries to sub-contractors for obtaining quotations and analysing
the same.
- Knowledge of pricing and compiling of Tenders is desirable but not a must.
- Gulf Experience in similar position will be an advantage.
- Should be computer literate.
- Salary range: Dhs.7,000/- to Dhs.8,000/- (all inclusive) plus once a year air
ticket for self & family + other gratuity, etc... as per UAE Labor Law.

Senior Structural Design Engineers
Location: Chennai

They are looking for Structural Engineers for Chennai offshore / Project
Locations experienced in OIL & GAS, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Chemicals, Power
and Maritime Works
Civil Engineer – Senior level – BE/B Tech or ME/M Tech ( Civil/Structural) with
8-15 years in Oil & Gas/Engineering/Petrochemical/Refinery
-Onshore/Offshore or both
Defines the civil list of activities, list of deliverables and their dates of
issue in accordance with contract requirements and time schedule
Issues the civil design philosophies and update applicable general
specifications
Prepares and performs the civil design review
Attends interdisciplinary design reviews and coordination meetings
Manages and is the technical reference for civil works engineers, designers and
draftsmen
Controls and signs all civil deliverables
Controls and manages subcontracted activities inside or outside group
Ensures the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfillment of the project
quality requirements, the contractual obligations and HSE comittments
Takes any corrective action within civil group necessary for this purpose
Reports to project PEM and to civil head of department whenever required
Controls and reports civil design activities progress
Calculates and monitors performance indicators
Co-ordinates with other discipline specialists and obtains input necessary
to perform the civil design
Takes care of any modification of contract scope and issues trend notices when
necessary
Issues the REX(feedback dossier) at the end of project engineering phase
