Position 3 : Sales & Operation Planning Manager

**Location: Chennai

Purpose:

Implement a S&OP and forecast solution in each Automation Product Units (TU & MU):
Define the business scenario definition and processes (processes, roles & responsibilities)
Select a solution, Define roll-out plan in each units and at the business level,
Follow the return on investment, To support units to have an efficient sales forecast mechanism
To support units to use these forecast, to plan and adjust capacity, to meet customer expectations
Manage S&OP and forecast activity: Based on the solution implemented, propose, implement &
secure the management of the S&OP & forecast activity by providing all of the information necessary
to help units and the business to take the optimum decision in short term and long term of
Strategy ( product lead-time capability, volume, Capacity adjustment (material, equipment, labour),
8 Shift activities, 129 Global equipment investment plan

Education & Experience:

BE. (Electrical Engineer), MRP Functionality, 7 – 12 years into industrial environment, S & OP Solution Implementation

Specific knowledge : Competencies on :
Production planning, Capacity Planning, Super bom, super routing
Forecast model . Ability to coordinate a world wide project and team.
Synthetic communication competencies on top and down. Leader and proactive

Area of Responsibility:

KPIs :
Follow the operation performance (units & business), propose and lead action plan to improve them.

Forecast:
Implement a forecast mechanism in each Automation product units (TU & MU) and consolidated at the business level,
based on historical data and sales input.
Propose and lead the improvement action plan (accuracy Sales & Operation Planning
Implement a S&OP solution in each Automation product units (TU&MU) and at the business level.
Implement and lead the management rules of the utilization of the S&OP solution at the unit and the business level
Propose and lead the improvement action plan.

Position 4:Electrical Design Head

**Location:chennai

Job Experience Required:

Electrical Design with VFD, PLC, Operator Interface and process instruments.

BE in Electrical with minimum 6 years experience in Electrical Design specially MCC, Power Distribution.
E-Plan Knowledge preferable. Speaking in English is mandatory.
Diploma Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years experience with same exposure as above.

Position 5:Electrical Design Engineer

**Location:chennai

Job Experience Required:

Electrical Design with VFD, PLC, Operator Interface and process instruments.

BE Electrical with minimum 3 years experience in Electrical Design specially MCC, Power Distribution.

E-Plan Knowledge preferable. Speaking in English is mandatory.

Paint Shop experience is an advantage.

Diploma Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience with same exposure as above.

Position 6:Software Engineer :

**Location:chennai

Job Experience Required:

BE Electrical / Diploma Electrical Engineer with minimum 4 years experience in PLC Programming (FBD, Ladder), Operator Interface and SCADA Programming.

He should able to understand Process Flow Diagram. Process Industries, Conveyor Experience is preferable.

Paint Shop Experience is an advantage. Speaking in English is mandatory.

Experience in programming of AB/Siemens PLC system is mandatory

Position 7: Electrical Project Manager

**Location:chennai

Job Experience Required:

10-15 years of experience.

Have worked in EPC/ Contracting Companies of large or medium size. Knowledge of Chemical Process and Material Handling preferred.

Have experience in managing multi-disciplinary Projects involving Civil, Mechanical and Electrical content, with single project value above Rs 300 Mio.

Have experience of managing all Technical and commercial functions within the Project and being responsible for time and cost.

Highly skilled in MS Project Software.

Should be able to read and interpret Plant Layout, P&ID/Flow Chart

Position 8: Erection Installation Engineer

**Location:chennai

Job Experience Required:

7-15 years of experience.

Have worked in EPC/ Contracting or Consulting Companies of large or medium size. Knowledge of Chemical Process and Material Handling preferred.

Have experience covering following Products: MCC, PDB, Control Panel, PLC, Field Devices, Cables, Instrumentation, and Variable Frequency Drives.

Have experience of basic engineering (Specification, SLD etc) and detail engineering (Panel Wiring Diagram, Cable Schedule/Layout, Logic Diagram, Termination Chart etc).

Able to read and interpret Plant Layout and P&ID/Flow Chart. Knowledge of EPLAN or WS-CAD Software preferred.

Installation experience, Knowledge of Project Management Software and PLC Programming Software preferred, not essential.

Commissioning experience essential.
